Better Care Management

The SafetyWatch Dealer Department takes great pride in assisting our Dealers, knowing they make an important difference in their clients' lives.

To help Providers assess client health care needs, we generate Daily Activity Reports for every subscriber. The report verifies our exclusive Automatic Daily System Self-test and details all communication made over the previous 24 hours with the Monitoring Center.

Continuous monitoring and reporting by SafetyWatch also helps to create continuity of care by advising providers if their clients require emergency admission to the hospital, ensuring that Providers are part of the discharge process from hospital back to home.

Superior Products and Services

Our GE Caregard System offers a wide range of monitoring options for independent living such as Medication Reminder options.  GE Caregard units feature our exclusive Automatic Daily System Self-test and our Automatic Pendant Supervisor. These automatic tests require no action from the subscriber and are standard system features. The GE Caregard unit also features our exclusive VOIP compatibility. As always, at the touch of a button, our systems deliver a call for assistance to the Monitoring Center.

Comprehensive Conversion Plan

When Providers make the switch to SafetyWatch, they take advantage of our generous Comprehensive Conversion Plan: We exchange their existing units for brand new GE Caregard equipment and provide discounts on our monitoring fee for their current subscribers. In addition, we take care of replacing the old equipment with new units at absolutely no cost to them.

Dedicated Support

The Dealer Services Department takes care of daily needs ­— from ordering system units to returning alarm pendants. Whenever an issue arises, they will get answers and find solutions promptly. Our highly-trained Monitoring Center team handles every call with compassion and professionalism, making sure our Provider’s clients are well cared for at all times.

To give dealers thorough hands-on experience with SafetyWatch equipment, procedures and technologies, we also provide personal one on one training.
