Key Purpose: Push Button Emergency Help for the Elderly and Disabled
Description: SafetyWatch Service is a Personal Emergency Response Service. The service includes a Base System, a Call-Button (Pendant) that can be worn like a wristwatch or like a necklace, and monthly Monitoring Service. Our clients typically press the Call-Button in the event of a fall or medical emergency, our Monitoring Center Operators are prepared to take action in the event of fire, robbery, or any other personal emergency as well. SafetyWatch Service includes the base system upon which all of our other services depend.
Enrollment is necessary to activate this service.
Distinction: Compatible with digital phone services. (i.e. brighthouse digital phone service, Verizon DSL).
Extended Range: The Caregard technology includes sophisticated listening equipment and variable volume control that enables our Operators to talk with our clients throughout the house.
Enrollment Service Price: $ free enrollment
Key Purpose: Prepare the new client profile, provide installation in the home, including personalized instruction on using the service.
Distinction: One Phone Call and Next Day Service: We can routinely activate service with 24-hours. The profile information can be taken over the phone in 5-10 minutes, and the installation in the home on the next day takes 30-60 minutes depending on the number of optional services to be activated.
Medication Assistance Service Price: $7.00 per month
Key Purpose: To provide assistance in taking medications
Description: Many of our clients have numerous medications to manage. The main purpose of the SafetyWatch Medication Assistance Service is to help our clients take all medications as prescribed in order to maximize health and comfort, and to minimize the likelihood of instability and falls that often result from missed medications. Statistically, missed medications cause as many as 25% of Emergencies. The Medication Assistance Service can be set up for 8 times a day.
Distinction: Person-to-Person Communication: no recorded messages
Key Lock-Box Service (Security for outside key for Responders) Price: $45.00 one time
